The Equities business includes Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives, Delta One, Prime Finance, Futures and Derivatives Clearing. As the local and global representation for Equities, this role will participate in various management forums that cross the business as well as the second line of defense.




- Business optimization initiatives within APAC Equities Business.
- Coordinate / Consolidate the Asia book of work into the global agenda.
- Create best practices for project management for the APAC Business Execution/Business to allow for better execution of initiatives.
- APAC representative for the Global cross Equity core and strategic projects.

The responsibilities:
- Lead multiple complex projects and/or special assignments concurrently.
- Act as a strategic thought leader from project conception through implementation.
- Identify critical stakeholders and deliver effective communication (written and verbal) to all levels including executive management.
- Collaborate across the Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Data Privacy, Market Data, Legal, Compliance, Credit Organization, In-Business Controls, and In Business Risk organizations.
