About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
- Drive B2C sales by converting walk-in, referred, and marketing-generated leads into successful clients.
- Develop B2B business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, hospitals, clinics, doctors, wellness centers, gyms, salons, referral partners, and strategic alliances.
- Generate business through networking, corporate meetings, events, MOU sign-ups, BTL activities, and field business development.
- Achieve monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell premium healthcare services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)



for clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic operations to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B Sales.
- Proven success in consultative selling and business development.
- Excellent English communication with a neutral or US-style accent preferred.
- Experience handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and premium clients.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate business independently through corporate networking and partnerships.
- Excellent closing, objection-handling, and revenue generation skills.
- Professional personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.
