Valid Nursing Council Registration.

0-5 years of clinical experience (Freshers may also apply).

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess, monitor, and record patients health conditions.

2. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

3. Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

4. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.

5. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

6. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

7. Ensure infection control protocols and hospital safety standards are followed.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies.

9. Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.

10. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical nursing practices.
