The Colleague Experience Group (CEG)is responsible for delivering colleague-focused programs and services globally, including career growth and development, leadership and learning, recruitment, colleague servicing, and other employee experience initiatives.

Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS)organization enables colleagues through best-in-class services, capabilities, knowledge, and operational support, empowering them to perform at their best.

The Colleague Data Officeis responsible for advancing data governance, data quality, and data risk management across CEG. The team partners closely with Business, Technology, Risk, and Enterprise Data Management teams to strengthen the data control environment, improve data quality, and ensure data is managed as a strategic enterprise asset.
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, enterprise data platforms, or a related discipline.
- Robust proficiency in SQL for developing complex queries, data transformations, and high-performance datasets.




- Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering, automation, scripting, and data validation.
- Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse technologies to build scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets.
- Experience developing Power BI / Tableau dashboards, semantic models, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Experience designing and supporting data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise reporting solutions using modern cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data lifecycle management principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data products and reporting capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience diagnosing data issues and implementing sustainable solutions.Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.
