Telesales Executive - Lead Conversion (Performance Marketing Leads)

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

Experience: 0 to 3yrs

Salary: 20K to 30L Per Month

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inbound leads generated from Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Ensure immediate follow-up (low TAT) on all recent leads
- Handle daily high lead volume (100-150+ leads) efficiently
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic counselling / product explanation over call:
- Schedule product demos / consultations for qualified leads
- Perform continuous follow-ups to move leads across stages (New → Qualified → R&R; → Closure)
- Manage and nurture leads in R&R; (Re-approach & Re-engagement) stage:
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM / lead tracker:
- Coordinate with internal teams for demo scheduling and closures
