Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Meet homeowners to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and financial savings calculations for customers.
- Explain government subsidies, net metering, financing options, and installation processes.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until project closure.




- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate referrals.

Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential rooftop solar sales (mandatory).
- Experience in solar EPC or renewable energy industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems, net metering, and government subsidy schemes.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Technical knowledge of solar PV systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Strong customer relationship man
