Job Overview:
CFIL Treasury operations units supports delivery of Treasury business products and loans. The unit is on a fast trajectory of digitization and automation thru disruptive technology to cater to the every dynamic market and regulatory landscape.

About the role: The role is part of CFIL Treasury Operations unit and requires good understanding of CFIL Market Business Products like Debenture Issuances/Settlements, Loans Process, Fixed Income settlement and their regulatory framework. It also comprises of functions such as documentation, confirmations and settlements. The role requires stringent adherence to controls and regulatory requirements at all times.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure a seamless operation’s delivery platform for the Treasury Businesses,



through timely and zero defect transaction processing in the Unit while performing daily BAU.
- Assist the Unit head in all regulatory, internal, client, audit and daily deliverables.
- Partner with business in launching new products and enhancing customer experience on evolved products. Provide strategic and tactical support to business on day to day basis.
- Interface with, and have cordial professional relationships with the various external and internal entities that are part of the transaction processing activity chain - such as the Dealers, Treasury Front Office, RMs, Compliance, Client etc.
- Develop and implement technology solutions for automation of existing manual processes at the same time maintain pristine control setting.
- Implement regional systems to bring standardization in processes. Adapt and promote LEAN methodology and re-engineer processes to eliminate rework and simplify.
