Key Responsibilities

Deliver clear and complete product information to potential and existing customers.

Handle product and service-related queries with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain and update customer records accurately.

Pitch products confidently to generate interest and drive sales.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Prepare customer service reports based on client feedback and analysis.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
