iFOREST is seeking a dynamic and motivated Programme Coordinator to support the implementation of its ongoing and upcoming programmes in Uttar Pradesh. The position will play a key role in coordinating with government departments/agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders to advance renewable energy adoption, process heat electrification, air quality management, and other related initiatives in the state. The role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, field mobilisation, implementation support, workshop and event coordination, support in primary data collection, and follow-up with partner institutions.

In Uttar Pradesh, iFOREST is implementing a growing portfolio of initiatives under an ongoing partnership with the Directorate of Environment, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and in collaboration with agencies such as the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Directorate of Boilers, and UPNEDA. The programme focuses on strengthening air quality management, developing low-carbon pathways for industries, accelerating renewable energy adoption, and supporting climate-resilient economic development.
