Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance related activities as and when rose.
- Should have knowledge of Maintenance of Pump, Valves, Seals, Mechanical Seal, rotary equipment etc.
- Ensuring Minimum down time of the equipment’s.
- Draw material from store required for maintenance activity.
- Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness
- Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors
- Maintaining and up keeping the area as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements and putting continuous efforts for improvement in quality and Productivity.
- Executing the preventive maintenance activities.
- Implementing safe working practices.
- To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
