Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on course offerings, curriculum, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute admission drives.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.
- Provide a positive and professional student experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in training institutes, academies, or skill-based education companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and guide students toward suitable programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
