Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Product Promotional Material Design
- Design high-quality Visual Aids (LBLs), product cards, leave-behind literature, doctor reminder cards, product brochures, and promotional literature.
- Create attractive product launch materials for recent pharmaceutical products.
- Design packaging concepts including cartons, labels, blister layouts, bottle labels, and outer boxes.
- Develop product banners, standees, danglers, posters, and exhibition branding materials.

2. Brand Identity & Corporate Branding
- Maintain consistency of the company’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Create branding materials such as company profiles, brochures, folders, letterheads, business cards, notepads, diaries, calendars, certificates, and stationery.
- Design corporate presentations for conferences, meetings, and business proposals.
- Ensure all branding follows company guidelines regarding colours, typography, logo usage, and overall identity.

3. Digital Marketing Design
- Create social media creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp,



and other digital platforms.
- Develop GIFs, motion graphics, reels, and short promotional videos when required.
- Design online advertisements and digital campaign creatives.

4. Sales & Marketing Support
- Design sales catalogues, product lists, price lists, and marketing folders.
- Prepare exhibition booth graphics and conference branding materials.
- Create dealer schemes, promotional offers, customer appreciation campaigns, and incentive program creatives.
- Develop presentations for distributors, franchise partners, and internal sales meetings.

5. Medical & Scientific Design
- Create anatomy-based illustrations and disease-awareness graphics.
- Design symptom-based visuals for pharmaceutical marketing.
- Convert technical and scientific information into visually engaging layouts.
- Ensure medical illustrations accurately represent product indications wherever applicable.
