Job Summary

We are looking for Software Sales Executives to handle inbound customer inquiries and outbound follow-ups for international software products. The role includes explaining product features, assisting customers during purchase, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to software inquiries
- Make outbound calls to interested leads for follow-ups
- Explain product features, pricing, and subscription plans
- Assist customers during purchase and activation process
- Maintain call notes and customer information in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow company compliance and customer service guidelines

Required Skills:
- Good English communication skills:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales or customer service experience preferred




- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
