Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri,
Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work independently.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
