With rapidly increasing project execution in multiple states, partnerships with PSUs, international clients, and large-scale manufacturing and compliance needs, MACLEC requires a highly reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s expanding financial and compliance functions.

Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, financial documentation, vendor accounts, and project-wise financial tracking. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records for a growing Pvt. Ltd. company operating in a multi-project EPC environment.

Key Responsibilities1. General Accounting & Bookkeeping




- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP:
- Manage ledger posting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments:
- Maintain project-wise and cost-centre wise accounting for multiple SHKT/PSP projects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

2. Vendor & Purchase Management
- Prepare and verify Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders:
- Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks
- Manage vendor accounts, reconcile balances, and handle dispute resolution
- Track outstanding payments, advances, and retention amounts

3. Stock & Inventory Control
- Maintain Stock Registers, Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and issue records
- Reconcile plant, project-site, and warehouse inventory:
- Prepare monthly stock statements for audit and banking purposes

4. Banking & Reconciliation
- Manage all banking transactions, RTGS/NEFT, online banking
- Perform daily and monthly
