Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development activities, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Manage software projects, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Agile software development processes while supporting Waterfall methodologies where required.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, configuration management, and CI/CD best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design reviews and architecture discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.




- 3-5 years of experience managing IT/software development projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with modern development frameworks, libraries, and software engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global teams.

Technical Skills

Desktop Application Development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), advanced data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with the Eclipse IDE, including: Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF)
- Sirius Graphical Mode
