1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers in selecting fresh fruits and vegetables
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Promote seasonal, high-margin, and fast-moving items
- Ensure a positive shopping experience to encourage repeat customers
- Handle billing support and basic customer queries

2. Product Handling & Display
- Ensure proper handling of fruits and vegetables to maintain freshness and quality Regularly check product quality and remove damaged or spoiled items.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for stock rotation.:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in display and storage areas

3. Sales Target & Store Performance
- Support achieving daily and monthly sales targets:
- Upsell and cross-sell related products (e.g., salad kits, exotic vegetables)
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and inform the store manager Contribute to increasing average bill value through customer interaction

4. Inventory & Stock Management




- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock:
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly Inform the manager about stock shortages or excess inventory:
- Support stock audits and minimize wastage

5. Store Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement and backend teams for timely stock replenishment:
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and signage of products
- Follow store SOPs and operational guidelines Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues at the store level.

6. Market Awareness & Learning
- Stay updated on seasonal availability and pricing of fruits and vegetables:
- Understand basic product knowledge (origin, perks, usage)
- Observe customer buying patterns and provide feedback:
- Continuously improve selling and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
