About the Role

Sansee Designs is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to help drive new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.

This role will focus on generating new leads and business opportunities across advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media management, website development, corporate communication, and creative services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for the agency's services.
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, directors, marketing heads, and business owners.
- Understand potential clients' business requirements and identify suitable services that Sansee Designs can offer.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with qualified prospects.
- Coordinate with the Founder, Art Director, and internal team for client pitches and strategic presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations,



presentations, and scope-of-work documents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services such as branding, social media, websites, digital marketing, video production, brochures, and corporate communication.
- Support the agency in achieving monthly and quarterly new-business revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
