We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead student admissions, business development, institutional partnerships, and industry relations for our aviation training academy.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Generate and convert student leads through counselling and follow-up.
- Organize career seminars, campus visits, and admission drives.
- Build industry partnerships for internships and placements.
- Coordinate placement activities and employer engagement.
- Maintain admission pipeline and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in admissions, education sales, business development, or marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with robust networking and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in the education, aviation, or hospitality sector is an advantage.
