Academic Strategist & Auditor
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-aptitude, tech-driven Academic Strategist & Auditorwith an engineering background to drive learning quality, product innovation, and strategic growth across our EdTech platform. In this cross-functional role, you will audit digital learning delivery, leverage learning analytics, monitor the competitor landscape, and harness AI tools to build scalable, high-impact learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. EdTech Content & Quality Auditing
- Audit online curriculum, assessment frameworks, live/recorded instruction, and learning management system (LMS) delivery for pedagogical rigor and user engagement.
- Establish quality assurance benchmarks across learning programs to identify learning gaps, content errors, and drop-off risks.

Data Analysis & Learning Analytics
- Analyze platform data—including student completion rates, engagement metrics, test score trends, and learning outcomes—to generate actionable insights.
- Convert data trends into transparent, strategic recommendations for content creation, product engineering, and academic operations.
3. AI & Emerging Tech Integration
- Identify, test, and champion AI-driven tools and emerging learning technologies to automate content auditing, personalize learning paths, and accelerate internal workflows.
- Keep the platform agile and tech-forward by embedding new tools into academic workflows.
4. Competitor & Market Research
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis on rival EdTech products, feature rollouts, content delivery models, and market positioning.
- Identify white spaces, emerging educational trends, and strategic opportunities to maintain market leadership.
