Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Design & Development
- Develop and structure comprehensive curricula, including lesson plans,

course outlines, learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Align curriculum with educational standards, competencies, and institutional

goals.
- Ensure consistency, relevance, and effectiveness of content across delivery

formats (e.g., in-person, online, blended learning).
- Content Creation & Review
- Write and edit instructional content, guides, multimedia scripts, and e
- learning modules.
- Review and revise existing curriculum to maintain accuracy, inclusivity, and

alignment with current best practices.
- Work with graphic designers, video producers, and e-learning developers to

produce engaging materials.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

designers to gather content and feedback.




- Facilitate curriculum review meetings and incorporate feedback from diverse

stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and department heads to

ensure curriculum projects meet timelines and expectations.
- Assessment & Evaluation
- Design formative and summative assessments to evaluate learner progress

and curriculum effectiveness.
- Analyse learning outcomes and feedback data to inform continuous

improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in instructional design,

pedagogy, and industry needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
