Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the interior design team across multiple projects.
- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Review and approve design outputs before execution.
- Keep abreast of the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion,



Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
- Experience in independently handling client meetings and leading design teams.
- Experience working with reputed interior design firms or architecture studios.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
