Key Responsibilities
- Execute BTL marketing campaigns, product sampling, and promotional activities.
- Set up promotional stalls at apartments, corporate parks, supermarkets, exhibitions, and events.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate customer leads and maintain records using Google Sheets or CRM.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports.
- Coordinate inventory and promotional materials.
- Prepare post-event reports with sales, leads, and customer feedback.

Requirements:




- 0-3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Field Sales, Retail Sales, or Brand Promotions.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
- Excellent customer engagement and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to work on weekends when required.

Preferred Skills
- FMCG, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Products experience.
- Strong sales negotiation and customer conversion skills.
- Relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
