We're a New York-based P&C; insurance brokerage looking for a driven outbound sales caller to work US business hours (night shift IST). You'll work a targeted list of warm leads — prospects who didn't purchase last year, and existing clients with lapsed or cancelled policies — with the goal of re-engaging them and setting them up for a quote or handoff to our licensed producers. No insurance license required. Full training provided on our products and scripts.

What You'll Do

Call unbound prospects from our prior quote pipeline and re-engage their interest

Reach out to cancelled and inactive policyholders to understand their situation and offer re-quoting

Identify cross-sell opportunities and flag them for our producers

Log every interaction accurately in our agency system (EZLynx) after each call

Meet daily call volume and conversion targets





Requirements:
Minimum 3 years outbound sales or telesales experience

Fluent in English — strong spoken communication is non-negotiable

Comfortable with high-volume calling (30-50 calls/day)

Self-managed in a remote, night shift environment

Reliable internet, headset, and home office setup

CRM or call log experience (any platform)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
