Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily team activities. Handle and guide team members to achieve performance targets. Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion. Train and motivate employees to improve performance. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. Resolve team issues and coordinate with management. Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed. Required Skills Strong Team Handling skills. Leadership and people management. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
