About the Role

The House of Sunita Shekhawat is looking for a responsible and proactive Hiring & Executive Support Associate to join our Jaipur office.

This is a role for someone who is organized, rapid with follow-ups, confident in communication, and comfortable handling multiple requirements at the same time.

Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Recruitment - Primary Responsibility
- Understand hiring requirements from the management and department heads.
- Collect interview feedback and update the hiring status.
- Maintain a proper hiring tracker for all open positions.
- Assist in offer coordination, document collection, and joining follow-ups.

Executive Support - Secondary Responsibility
- Assist the Executive Assistant with daily follow-ups and coordination.
- Support in scheduling meetings, reminders, and basic calendar coordination.
- Maintain simple trackers, task lists, and follow-up sheets.




- Help with basic documentation, formatting, and file organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Support administrative work as assigned by the EA or management.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, hiring coordination, HR support, executive support, or office coordination.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills on calls and WhatsApp.
- Must be organized and able to maintain daily trackers.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and able to work under timelines.
- Fluent in Hindi with working English.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from office.
