About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Leverage hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud to support Patient Services and healthcare workflows.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations, development teams, QA, and project stakeholders throughout the SDLC.




- Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions while maintaining high-quality documentation and process standards.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Experience working on Patient Services implementations.
- Excellent knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing UAT planning and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce specialization.
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners.
- Comfortable working in the EST shift.
