- Create and publish content including social media posts, blogs, website pages, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Design and edit basic creatives, banners, infographics, and campaign assets using Canva, Figma, and similar tools.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and content publishing.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Track and report on website, SEO, campaign, and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct social listening, community management,



and audience engagement activities.
- Support paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, campaign execution, design support, and productivity enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, AI developments, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with financial services or FinTech sectors is an advantage, along with interest in consulting and research-driven environments.
- Comfort working independently in a quick-paced, data-informed setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
