Health Companion Caller | Dr. Cure PharmacyDr. Cure Pharmacy is hiring a Health Companion Caller to build meaningful relationships with our patients. This is not a sales or telecalling role. Your responsibility is to connect with chronic care patients, remind them about medicine refills, follow up on diagnostic reports, answer basic queries, and ensure they receive continuous healthcare support.

We are looking for candidates with excellent Telugu communication skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping people. Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, hospital, or customer support is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Call chronic care patients and provide follow-up support.
- Remind patients about medicine refills and health check-ups.
- Follow up on diagnostic reports and patient wellbeing.




- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with pharmacy teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements:

- Intermediate / Graduate
- Fluent in Telugu (Hindi & English preferred)
- Valuable communication and basic computer skills
- Patient, caring, and customer-focused attitude

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
