- Timely Delivery: Pick up and safely deliver orders to customer locations within specified timeframes.
- Route Navigation: Plan effective routes using mobile GPS/navigation apps (Google Maps) to avoid delays and traffic.
- Payment Collection: Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) or verify online payments and provide receipts if required.
- Order Inspection: Inspect packages prior to delivery to ensure correct items, proper packaging, and zero damage.
- Customer Interaction: Interact politely and professionally with customers, confirm delivery details, and handle basic queries.
- Status Updates: Update order statuses (Delivered, Pending, Returned) in real-time on the delivery application.
