The candidate will be responsible for making customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable financial solutions and generating quality leads.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and loan/financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate quality leads through calling.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain proper customer and calling records.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the team for lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- ? Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable listening and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
- Candidates with Telecalling, BPO, Sales, Banking or Loan experience can also apply.
