Job DescriptionWe are hiring Automation Operators for Fuji Electric at Oragadam. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production machines while ensuring smooth production, quality, and safety.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate automated production and assembly machines.
- Load raw materials and components into the machine.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Perform basic machine settings and changeovers as instructed.
- Identify minor machine issues and inform the maintenance team.
- Conduct visual inspection of finished products.
- Record daily production data and machine status.




- Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Work in rotational shifts and support production targets.
- RequirementsITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled or automated machines is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of production, quality, and safety practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
