Job Title: Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness across office, factory, and common areas.
- Manage housekeeping staff and peons, assign duties and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of office and plant infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, HVAC, and other maintenance work.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify housekeeping or maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities, lighting, washrooms, pantry, furniture, and other facility assets.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and vendor activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory standards.




- Monitor vendor performance and verify work completion before processing bills.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements.

Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in housekeeping and facility maintenance supervision.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, civil, and HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for maintaining reports and records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours whenever required.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant, corporate office, industrial facility, hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Robust attention to detail with a proactive approach to workplace upkeep and safety.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
