Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- 'Manage end-to-end warranty claims lifecycle, including validation, approval/rejection, and timely closure as per defined policies.
- Coordinate joint failure investigations with suppliers to identify root causes and prelimilary anaysis
- Ensure accurate and timely raising of supplier debit notes for warranty failures attributable to supplier defects.
- Monitor and implement dealer debits for non-genuine or policy non-compliant claims.
- Drive warranty cost recovery from suppliers, ensuring maximum recovery against claims raised.
- Track and analyze monthly warranty cost trends, identifying key contributors and opportunities for reduction
- Prepare and share monthly warranty cost and recovery reports with Finance, ensuring data accuracy and alignment.




- Ensure adherence to warranty policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit, reconciliation, and process transparency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support WPAC operations.
- Co-ordinate with COE's for claim decision and update in system accurately.
