Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and other accounting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements.
- Coordinate with CA for GST filing, audits, and annual accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished goods.
- Update daily inward and outward stock entries.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Generate stock reports and inventory analysis.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory.
- Track damaged, returned, and rejected materials.
