What We're Looking For:
- Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development:Actively participate in architecture design, code reviews, and hands-on development utilizing Java for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.




- Engineering Management:Directs and controls the activities of the team matched to market needs for software projects, including being responsible for the technical skill set at a macro level. Develops and establishes operational policies within the area managed, delegates assignments, and manages the performance of development engineers
- Database Architecture:Oversee the design, optimization, and scaling of data storage solutions utilizing MongoDB and AlloyDB.
- AI/ML Integration:Collaborate with stakeholders and lead the integration of advanced AI/ML technologies and intelligent agents into scalable, production-grade software systems to solve complex business needs
- Resource & Project Management:Resource management and assignment against customer-based software project needs. Develops and implements programs/solutions to improve processes, reduce costs and cycle time, and improve customer service.
