Job Overview:
The Ops Sup Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities: Role responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of complex tasks, data validations of products in support of operations, audit and agency initiatives.
- Supporting management in completion of assignments to meet multiple, aggressive deadlines.




- Ability to analyze and provide input on department procedures and escalates issues wherever required.
- Shift timing - 24*7 shifts including late night (IST) shift start timings
- Location: Chennai, IN
- Top 3 Risk if not fulfilled: Delay in Transition/ Inadequate capacity could result in negative SLA metric impact, regulatory risk and increased overtime
- Workday Posting: External & Internal This req# is raised for Criticality 2 process. The role is for IC and will not have any people reporting. 100% of their time will be spent on Financial Investigation - General Ledger activities. Financial Investigation - General Ledger process is a critical process as it deals with GL outages to be reconciled and Investigated on a timely manner failing which would lead to Financial Impact.
