- To efficiently manage the storage, movement, and documentation of materials, components,



and finished goods in alignment with production and project timelines, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and timely material availability.
- Manage receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, bought-out items, hardware, and finished elevator components.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, return slips, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts for invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Communicate with project/site teams for dispatch planning and material requirement.
- Manage logistics coordination for dispatch to installation sites.
- Ensure adherence to proper stacking, labelling, and safety practices in the stores area.
