The Manager Marketing - SM (Specimen Acquisition) at Becton Dickinson India Private Limited will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive specimen acquisition for BD's diagnostic solutions within the Indian market. This role involves understanding market needs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for specimen acquisition products and solutions, aligned with global and regional objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in specimen collection and diagnostics.
- Identify and evaluate current market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these segments.
- Manage the product lifecycle for specimen acquisition solutions, including launch, growth, and eventual obsolescence, ensuring optimal market performance.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market conditions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
