About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Founder's sales activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and manage quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for seamless order execution.
- Track customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups until order closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM updates, and sales MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain complete confidentiality of business information.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Working knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent good Excel skills may also be considered.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
