About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor construction-related tenders on Government and Private e-Tender portals such as CPPP, GeM, CPWD, PWD, Railways, NBCC, MES, DDA, State e-Procurement Portals, and other Central/State Government procurement portals.
- Scrutinize tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, accounts, and management teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare quotations, costing sheets, compliance statements, and complete tender documentation.
- Handle EMD, Tender Fees, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Security Deposits, and related documentation.
- Track corrigenda, pre-bid meetings,



tender clarifications, bid openings, and tender results.
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, ongoing, and pending tenders.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, consultants, and vendors regarding tender-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor registrations on various Government and Private procurement portals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Tendering, Bid Management, or Procurement.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with CPPP, GeM, CPWD, PWD, Railways, MES, NBCC, DDA, and other Government e-Tender portals.
- Strong knowledge of Construction, Civil, Electrical, and Infrastructure tenders.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, bid documentation, and contract compliance.
