Role Description The Child Care Specialist internship is an on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for providing attentive, age-appropriate care to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Daily tasks include supervising children’s activities, supporting their routines (meals, hygiene, rest), and engaging them in educational and creative play that promotes development. The intern will collaborate with parents or guardians to follow established schedules and care guidelines, observe children’s behavior, and communicate any concerns promptly and clearly. This role may also involve light organization of play areas, maintaining a clean and child-friendly environment, and supporting emotional well-being through positive interaction and encouragement.

Qualifications
- Solid Babysitting and Childcare skills, with the ability to ensure children’s safety and well-being.




- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Child Development to support age-appropriate learning and growth.
- Creativity Skills to plan and lead engaging, educational, and playful activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and guardians respectfully and clearly.
- Patience, reliability, and a calm demeanor in managing children’s needs and behavior.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and follow structured routines and guidelines.
- Prior experience in child care, early education, or related roles is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework or training in childcare, psychology, education, or related fields is beneficial.

Expected Salary:
- 20-25K per month for 12 hour role
- 30-35K per month for 24 hour role (free stay)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
