- The Role:

This role requires a proactive sourcing professional with a strong understanding of technology talent markets and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Key Accountabilities:
Note: The role follows a hybrid working model and requires 3 days per week onsite.
- Hyderabad & Bengaluru: 3 days working from the client office.




- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple technology requisitions.
- Handle approximately 10 active requisitions simultaneously, balancing niche and volume hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technology talent.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor mapping to support hiring strategies.

Skills & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing/recruitment with a focus on Digital & IT hiring.
- Hands-on sourcing experience across IT Infrastructure, ERP, AI/ML, Cloud, and Integration technologies.
- Proven track record in both niche and high-volume hiring.
- Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
