Key Responsibilities
- Understand client sales and customer management processes and gather requirements.
- Configure and support Zoho CRM based on client requirements.
- Assist with CRM setup, workflows, fields, modules, and user access.
- Help clients improve their sales and customer management processes through CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customized requirements and solutions.
- Support client onboarding, user training, and CRM adoption.
- Maintain implementation and support documentation.

Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Business Applications, or software support.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is preferred/required.
- Good understanding of sales and customer management processes.
- Experience with other CRM platforms will be an advantage.
- Solid communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
