Wordcraft Legal Translation is looking for ambitious, confident, and target-oriented sales professionals to join our growing business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business prospects across the UAE.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, networking activities, and cold outreach to generate new business.
- Promote and sell the company's key services, including Legal Translation, Document Attestation, and Business Setup solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients,



and convert leads into successful sales.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Support local promotional activities, including WhatsApp marketing and field-level campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related sales role.
- A valid passport and willingness to relocate to the UAE after completing the training period.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English and confidence in communicating with business clients.
