About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership
- Define the overall creative vision and storytelling approach for video projects.
- Provide creative direction to the Video Editing team from concept to final delivery.
- Review edits and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, pacing, transitions, colour grading, sound design, and storytelling across all projects.
- Drive innovation by introducing new editing styles, techniques, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Video Editing team.
- Assign projects and manage team workload.
- Guide the team on advanced editing, motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production workflows.

Technical & Project Management
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Drone Teams, 3D Teams, and Client Servicing to deliver engaging visual content.
- Participate in client discussions for creative inputs when required.
- Recommend new tools and technologies to improve editing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a video editing team.
- Experience in corporate films, drone videos, real estate, architecture walkthroughs, advertisements, or digital media is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
