Event Planning & Ideation: Develop creative concepts for events aligned with brand image and seasonal/festive themes.
- Execution & Coordination: Manage all event logistics including décor, vendors, entertainment, equipment, and manpower.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients for birthdays, corporate bookings, and special events to ensure satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Prepare event budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing team for event promotions via social media, local advertising, and collaborations.
- Vendor Management: Identify and coordinate with vendors, artists, and service providers.
- On-ground Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and troubleshooting during events.
- Post-event Reporting: Track attendance, ROI, customer feedback, and prepare performance reports.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all events follow safety protocols, especially in game zones and high-footfall areas.
