We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate quality business, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines,



and project scope to close deals successfully.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding and smooth handover.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events.
