Summary

The Business Analysis function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements by working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs using the Protected delivery framework.



This role serves as a contact for business during requirements gathering phase and to IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required.

Key expectations for BA job spec:
- End to end software development life cycle experience covering:
- Gathering requirements, process modelling and data analysis
- Working with the business architects to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfils all the requirements adequately, facilitation of Solution review and acceptance
- Supporting the technology teams through the build and unit test activities to ensure that all requirements are understood
- Working with business teams to elicit input and support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing
- Supporting the test team through pre-acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing, test execution review and acceptance
