Drive end-to-end Content Strategy, Optimisation and Operational Execution for ServDharm E-commerce platforms in India and Global, with a strong focus on Amazon. Lead SEO-driven Content Development, Performance Tracking, Storefront Creatives ensuring solid Organic Visibility, Brand Consistency and seamless Go-to-Market execution.

Content Strategy and Optimisation
- Define and execute an SEO-driven Content Strategy aligned with Marketplace Algorithms, Customer Search Behaviour and Brand Positioning
- Develop high-conversion Product Listings, including A+ Content and backend Search Terms

Content Development, Storytelling and Asset Management
- Creative Execution from Concept to Marketplace Launch, including Photoshoots, Creatives, Copywriting and Product Packaging
- Craft culturally rooted Brand Storytelling that builds Trust, Emotional Resonance and perceived Premiumness
- Continuously refine Content and Creatives based on seasonality and conversion trends
- Strong understanding of diverse target groups across generations and global diaspora markets,



with the ability to adapt tone, messaging and content accordingly

Marketplace Performance and Analytics
- Track Search Performance, Keyword Rankings and Customer Behaviour using Amazon/ Marketplace Brand Analytics
- Competitive Analysis to identify and address Product Visibility and Content gaps

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Workclosely with Product, Procurement, Warehousing, Marketing and Sales to ensure accurate Product Information and seamless Go-to-Market execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising
- 2-3 years Professional Experience in Content Strategy, Development and end-to-end Creative Execution across Digital Platforms/ Marketplaces
- Understanding of Hindu Devotional Products, Cultural Nuances and Diaspora Behaviour across Generations
